How to work – HEATING SYSTEM

Mecateck’s HIGH GD is a single deck direct gas tunnel oven ideal for reaching high baking temperatures. The oven is heated by means of a series of burners placed transversally with respect to the oven belt; the burner flame heats directly the heat distribution channels inside the baking deck.
