This theorem due to specific technical peculiarities is successfully applied in all models of the annular steam tube ovens FOKUS. Gentle, delicate baking with excellent thrust from the bottom to the top and quick temperature adjustment put this ring-shaped steam tube oven with no masonry parts with firebox and flue gas ducts made of steel that is resistant at high temperatures at the top of the range. Manufactured with 3, 4 and 5 chambers with doors, baking surfaces between 8 m² and 18.5 m². Ovens recommended forbaking any kind of bread. The steam generators are positioned in direct contact with the heat flow, guaranteeing an excellent volume of steam. This is a good alternative to cyclothermic ovens. Available in burner gas, gas-oil or solid fuel versions. Loading and unloading can be done with loading peels and racks.

The company oversees the entire design, production and testing of the oven processing cycle.

It makes use of its in-house know-how, dictated by the experience of its staff and by the technology of its equipment, using the latest design systems and robotic machinery.

27 mm diameter Manesmann tubes with single cross tube. All tubes are treated with paint suitable for high temperatures to ensure durability.

The hot air flow channels are built with high temperature resistant steel cylinders. The entire bundle of tubes is insulated with a high insulation coefficient lightweight material. This makes the oven lighter, smaller, very fast in changing baking temperature and, above all, much more inexpensive than any other steam oven as it is free of any brick material.

The steam generators are positioned in direct contact with the hot air flow, guaranteeing abundant steam volume. The same painting used on the tubes is applied to the steam generators.

Refractory cement bottoms are used for product baking. The heat released and spread in the chamber helps the bread take on all the typical characteristics of home-made bread.

Doors on the baking chambers are made of tempered glass with counterweight. Doors opening upward are available upon request.

Installation is practical, fast, and very flexible and can be set in small rooms, including on the second floor. Easy assembly and disassembly since no parts are built into walls.
