Multi-deck convection tunnel oven
The Mecateck multi-deck tunnel oven, Fast TMA, is an indirectly heated convection oven. The forced hot air flow around the product boosts heat exchange, reducing considerably the baking time and ensures extremely even temperatures inside the baking chambers.
• Baking bread products, pastry, croissants, cupcakes, pies.
• Pasteurization of baked products.
Baking temperatures range from 60 °C to 300 °C.
